Victor was dumped on TVA in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. Not only was this super friendly guy not able to have human attention and an adequate diet, there are actual feral there that nobody will trap that actively attacked this poor guy. He spent about 3 months because broken down before a kind human learned about us. He had tried the local shelter, but they would not take him. Of course we said yes! Victor is now neutered, combo test, microchipped, vaccinated, and treated for the many parasites that were attacking him including being covered in ticks and fleas.
