Flex, Champ, and Tigger came to us in May 2020 at 3 months of age. They were a little shy and went into foster to help them feel safe. This is pretty typical of their breed as they are half Siamese. There mom came to us and was spayed and adopted. Tigger has been adopted, but Flex and Champ are at our Cat House. Flex is outgoing and lovable, and prefers older children or adults. He would do okay with calm dogs that respected his space. Champ is a delight to watch, but doesn't want to be touched. He comes up around you and acts normal and with time may like human physical touch. They do love each other, but could be adopted separate. It would be awesome for them to find a real farm home that would let them come together. We feel like over time, they would tend to enjoy a real barn. They can't go to a farm that lacks a gd as they would not know how to stay away from coyotes.

We are a super small, no kill rescue that is operating way above our capacity. Our numbers have increased exponentially since Covid. Unlike most shelters, we remained open and hit record intake numbers after the epidemic hit. We have taken in dozens of very sick felines that had no other option, and have even helped over 60 canines in 2021. 2022 was not any better.  We are trying to compute our end of the year numbers, but intake, vetting expenses, cost of food and litter for our 120 plus cats all just continues to get worse with the cost of living increasing like it has. Our rescue has also provided record number spay/neuters 2023 at well over 1200 surgeries on cats and dogs. Our accounts are drained, but we feel these surgeries are the only way we are going to be able to stay a float. We will never keep up with the rate that cats can breed in our area.

We operate solely on donations, and we are always looking for wonderful families to join our efforts. We have dozens of felines not posted and dozens more on our waiting list. No matter what type of setting you have, if you are looking to save a feline, we can find one for you to help.
