Spooks came to us as a litter of 9. We were able to get his mom and spay her and return her to her family. Most the babies were pretty reserved at first, but developed into pretty unique personalities Spooks wasn’t named for Halloween. He was named for his demeanor. He is easily spooked, but definitely not a skittish cat by no means. He just has in his mind what he wants his forever life to be, and we are determined to help him find it. Spooks is not fond of dogs. He loves cats though! He loves to spend his time playing with cats, so being a single cat isn’t an option. He isn’t fond of children that run and play. He prefers older teenagers or even better adult humans that will make him feel safe and loved! Spooks has by far been our most requested cat and many volunteers all agree of the life Spooks dreams of having. Lucky for him he is gorgeous. We have no doubt with time his perfect family will come for him.

We are a super small, no kill rescue that is operating way above our capacity. We have taken in over 600 animals in 2024, and we desperately need good adopters, fosters, and sponsors to keep the doors open.

We operate solely on donations, and we are always looking for wonderful families to join our efforts. We have dozens of felines not posted and dozens more on our waiting list. No matter what type of setting you have, if you are looking to save a feline, we can find one for you to help.
