Daisy is your typical Kentucky Kitty Cat in need. She was dumped out in an area where many are often left. A kind cat person found her and took her in. She was vetted on January 25th. She is up to date on vaccinations and combo tested negative. Daisy is a very lovable girl thought to be between 1-2 years of age. She would make a great companion cat. Daisy is pretty calm and laid back. Daisy is currently in foster with some dominate cats, and she is not a fan of their drama. Her foster mom has partially sponsored her adoption fee, and she really wants her to have a great home! Just look at those beautiful eyes just waiting for her forever mom or dad to find her.

We are a super small, no kill rescue that is operating way above our capacity. Our numbers have increased exponentially since Covid. Unlike most shelters, we remained open and hit record intake numbers after the epidemic hit. We have taken in dozens of very sick felines that had no other option, and have even helped over 60 canines in 2021. 2022 was not any better. We are trying to compute our end of the year numbers, but intake, vetting expenses, cost of food and litter for our 120 plus cats all just continues to get worse with the cost of living increasing like it has. Our rescue has also provided record number spay/neuters 2023 at well over 1200 surgeries on cats and dogs. Our accounts are drained, but we feel these surgeries are the only way we are going to be able to stay a float. We will never keep up with the rate that cats can breed in our area.

We operate solely on donations, and we are always looking for wonderful families to join our efforts. We have dozens of felines not posted and dozens more on our waiting list. No matter what type of setting you have, if you are looking to save a feline, we can find one for you to help.
