Domestic Short Hair (short coat) : : Male : : Baby : : Medium
Carter like so many of our kitties, was found at a public place. While usually we feel the kitties are left to fend for themselves or to find someone to take them in, Carter was different. His whiskers have been singed. He has been a while without proper food and water, and Carter's lungs were full of crud. He is currently being treated for an upper respiratory infection and is responding great. Each day Carter gets stronger and feels better. He is currently up for pre-adoption. Carter will be neutered and receive vaccinations before going to his forever home. If you are interested in adopting Carter or even following his path or sponsoring his medical treatment, please contact us. As always thank you for viewing our Kentucky Kitties, and we appreciate all the shares we can get.

We are a super small, no kill rescue that is operating way above our capacity. We have taken in over 600 animals in 2024, and we desperately need good adopters, fosters, and sponsors to keep the doors open.
We operate solely on donations, and we are always looking for wonderful families to join our efforts. We have dozens of felines not posted and dozens more on our waiting list. No matter what type of setting you have, if you are looking to save a feline, we can find one for you to help.
